Skin Checks in Lightsview and the Surrounding Areas

The Skin Alive clinic was commenced in late 2017 as a resource & referral point for those who wish to use it. The clinic's aim is to provide an improved service for patients & doctors alike, whilst being more affordable for our clients. Looking after your skin is an important part of looking after your health so ask your GP to examine your skin at regular intervals. If need be they can refer you to one of our GPs in our Skin Alive Clinic or to a specialist dermatologist, depending on the nature of the issue.

Skin clinics specialise in skin checks and skin cancer care. These clinics are generally staffed by GPs with special interest in this area of medicine. Currently we have three GP's working in collaboration within the Skin Alive Clinic:

Dr. Przybylko:
Joe has over 25 years experience & interest in skin cancers & their consequent management. He has completed an advanced certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr. Sarker:
Pulak has a keen interest in surgical procedures & has extensive experience with complex surgical techniques including skin flaps.

Dr. Joseph:
John has become more interested in skin cancers after following in the footsteps of his mentors Joe & Pulak & is fast learning from them. He has recently attended an Advanced Skin Cancer Screening Seminar through Clinpath Pathology & has completed his Advanced Certificate in Dermoscopy to increase his skills & proficiency.
