Originally from Sydney, I completed a Master of Physiotherapy in 2019 at the University of Technology, Sydney. Prior to this, I obtained a full athletic scholarship to Anderson University in South Carolina USA, where I completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. I have played Soccer at the elite level in Europe, USA and across Australia, where I continue to play in the South Australian NPL1.
I have worked in Private Practice for the past 4 years fulltime in metropolitan Sydney and regional NSW clinics liaising closely with General Practitioner’s, Orthopaedic and Neuro Specialists, Case and Plan managers and a variety of other allied health practitioners. I have a passion tailored for high level sports, Musculoskeletal & orthopaedic rehabilitation. Through my experience and networking, I have had national experience with Sydney FC and International experience with a national football team as Head Physiotherapist. Most recently having travelled to Qatar for the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers.

Mirna is a passionate physiotherapist, who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2018 at the University of South Australia and has extensive experience working with a range of clients, including WorkCover, MVA, DVA and NDIS Clients.
Mirna has a strong interest in managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Mirna is also a GLA:D© certified physiotherapist, which involves management of hip and knee osteoarthritis.

Oscar Williams is a registered psychologist with more than 15 years’ experience, having worked in both the public and private sectors including in community mental health, correctional services, private practice and as a senior manager and corporate trainer.
He is passionate about helping clients to overcome issues related to daily life, career direction or mental health. Oscar can assist adults and adolescents (16 years old and above) with depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, personal/workplace stressors, relationship issues, sexual problems, and grief. He can also provide forensic treatment for violent, sexual and general offending behaviour.
In his approach, Oscar utilises Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist people to flourish.
In terms of organisational needs, Oscar also has experience in providing executive coaching, training and professional development courses. In the past he has provided group training to private and public sector workplaces on topics such as Mental Health in the Workplace, Dealing with Difficult Behaviour, Change Management, Resilience, Team Building and Grief & Loss.
Oscar is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide with his research focusing on end of life care and the criminal justice system.
