Our Doctors accept telephone calls relating to you or your family's health.
If the Doctor is consulting at the time of your call, our dedicated Reception staff will take a message and immediately send it to your GP. Your Doctor may choose to return your call when it is convenient for them but be reassured that all emergency calls will be accepted immediately.
Please note that this complimentary service is not available as a telephone consultation but instead a convenient opportunity for clarification on previously discussed matters.
While you are able to email the surgery, please be aware that the email box is not monitored 24/7. If you have an urgent request please do not send via email as it may not be addressed immediately. Instead, please phone the practice and speak to reception.
