So the last few months have been challenging for everyone. Thank you to everyone who has been there with us while we navigate through COVID and work out what the new normal is.
Currently, we are seeing patients face to face again providing you do not have any cold or flu symptoms, such as:
- Sore throat
- Runny nose
- Cough
- Temperature
- Loss of taste or smell
- Chills
If you have any of these symptoms, one of our Drs can give you a call at home instead. Any scripts or referrals you may need can be done over the phone. Just let the Dr know which Pharmacy you use and we will fax the script to them. Please note, any authority scripts will need to be collected as Pharmacies are unable to dispense without the original script.
After your phone consult, the Dr may ask you to come in to be examined. This process will be a little different. You will be asked to drive around to a designated car park and the Dr will see you in your car. They will wear a gown and a mask to protect themselves, but a thorough examination will take place.
If you're completely well and you are coming in person to see your Dr, we will ask you to wait in your car where possible. Give us a call when you arrive, then reception will call you back to advise when the Dr is ready to see you. This stops large groups of people sitting around waiting and keeps you safe.
