The Windsor Wanderers are re-starting after the holiday break on the 5th April 2018!
Do you need motivation to exercise, would you like someone to go with you or are you just wanting to improve your fitness & mobility - then join us in our free & fun Walking Group! Join us each Thursday* at 1:00 pm at the Beefacres Hall (10 Pittwater Drive, Windsor Gardens) for a walk along the River with some of the Staff from Windsor Village & Oakden Medical Centres.
Any fitness level is welcome & it's free to join! Meet you there!
*weather permitting (temperatures over 32 degrees or raining - the walk will be cancelled)
