We would like to officially inform our clients about the anticipated change from Health Engine to HotDoc regarding your ability to perform online bookings. 

By October, we will be ceasing our contract with Health Engine altogether and you will not be able to book an appointment at our practice through Health Engine. 

Please download the HotDoc app and start using it now as we are in the transition phase.

Why the change?

Unfortunately, nationally Health Engine started to sell patient booking information to 3rd parties for their own gains. This included names, contact details and medical information which was provided when booking online. We take our client's privacy extremely seriously and this is not acceptable. Health Engine has also been caught falsifying patient feedback and reviews. Another defining factor was that Health Engine continues to spam our clients with advertising, including services from other medical clinics.
