Dr Madhu Bala Natani completed her medical degree at the SMS Medical College in Jaipur, India in 1992. She pursued postgraduate training in Anaesthesia and worked as a Specialist Anaesthesiologist for over 9 years. She migrated to Australia in 2012 and worked in Intensive Care at the Lyell McEwin Hospital for a number of years, before her love of family medicine and interest in engaging with a broader patient demographic led her to train as a General Practitioner.
Dr Madhu completed her RACGP Fellowship in October 2020, and since then has been working as a specialist GP in Adelaide. Dr Madhu’s knowledge of medicine is extensive, and her patients describe her as an empathetic, compassionate and astute physician, as well as a true people person. She has a special interest in Women’s health, mental health and chronic disease management.
In her free time, Madhu enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, watching movies, dancing, cooking, and going on road trips around Australia.
